Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy sets the rules for using the Service.

- reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the Service except to the extent permitted by law;
- scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Service;
- share credentials or allow unauthorised access;
- interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the Service;
- use the Service to abuse, harass, stalk, or impersonate others; or
- use the Service in breach of law or of any regulatory obligation applicable to you.
5. AI and API use
5.1 You must not use AI Features in a way that is abusive, deceptive, dangerous, or intended to produce harmful, unlawful, or misleading outputs.
5.2 You must not attempt to manipulate AI Features to bypass safeguards, generate prohibited content, or overwhelm the Service.
5.3 Rate limits, throttles, and access controls may apply.
6. Security expectations
6.1 You must use strong and unique passwords and keep your credentials secure.
6.2 Where available, you should enable multi-factor authentication and other security features.
6.3 You must keep your devices and software reasonably secure and updated.
7. Reporting violations
If you suspect a breach of this Policy or unauthorised use of the Service, you should report it promptly using our support or abuse contact details.
8. Enforcement
8.1 If we reasonably believe you have breached this Policy, we may:
- issue a warning;
- remove or restrict content or features;
- suspend or terminate your Account;
- refuse or restrict access to the Service;
- report the matter to law enforcement, regulators, or other authorities; and/or
- take any other action permitted by law.
8.2 We will act proportionately where practicable, but we may act immediately where necessary to protect the Service, users, or third parties.
9. Cooperation with authorities
We will comply with valid court orders, warrants, and lawful requests from law enforcement and regulators, subject to applicable law.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or security changes.
